French Bistro - The Sequel
One of my students who attended the original 'French Bistro' class gave us an idea. He loved it so much, so why not do a sequel? The menu in this class is one step up from Bistro Fare. In this hands-on class, we will master: The Appetizer Baked Mussel Appetiser - Mussels with a Garlic Crispy Topping The Main Poulet à la Dijonnaise - Dijon Chicken -Learn to braise chicken in a creamy sauce. Pommes Mont D’OR - Piped Pureed Potatoes with a crispy crust Lyonnaise Green Beans Dessert - Crêpes Flambées - The iconic crêpes flambées are made à la minute, flambéed in a syrup of lemon and orange juice, sugar, Grand Marnier and cognac.
